Twice a year, I host an Ayurveda Cleanse around the turn of the seasons and equinox - The Mighty Mung Cleanse. Join me to rejuvenate your body and realign with the rhythms of nature.

5 Day Mighty Mung Cleanse


The Mighty Mung Cleanse consists of a mono diet of whole mung bean soup, a delicious lightly spiced soup. The turn of the season has been found since ancient times to be beneficial in resetting the physiology.


I supply the recipe, contacts for supportive ayurveda herbs, and nightly online support as we go through the process together. It can deliver remarkable changes in our health, either to restore health or enhance health.


I will host for 5 days, yet you may continue for 10 days.
If you have never done a cleanse, this is a great beginning.

MEET YOUR TEACHER AND GUIDE

Tim Mitchell

has been meditating for over 50 years, with an ongoing personal relationship of 30 years with Thom Knoles (Maharishi Vyasananda Saraswati). And has been initiating people into Vedic Meditation for nearly 20 years full-time, both here and overseas. He holds diplomas in Yoga and Ayurveda, and leads pilgrimages to India as well. His passion for Ayurveda covers 30 years and has studied with many of the great masters of our time. He is known for his humour, and ability to bring deep philosophical concepts into practical daily life application.
